🎳💙 VENTURA COUNTY — WE NEED YOU! 💙🎳
In just 4 DAYS, we’re hosting Bowling for Hope for 805 Community for Children… and I still have 40 bowling spots left to fill.
I’m gonna be honest — I’m getting nervous. We have worked SO hard on this event. We have incredible silent auction items, amazing sponsors, tons of community support, and every dollar raised helps homeless and foster youth right here in Ventura County.
Now we just need PEOPLE. ❤️
✨ Come bowl.
✨ Come bid on silent auction items.
✨ Come hang out, eat, laugh, and support local kids who truly need us.
✨ Even if you don’t bowl, COME BE PART OF THE NIGHT.
🎳 $45 per bowler
✔ Includes 3 hours of bowling + shoe rental

You can come as a team OR as an individual — we’ll place you with a team!
This nonprofit is 100% community funded, and this event helps us continue providing support, birthdays, holidays, school needs, and hope to vulnerable children in our county.

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – Bowling for Hope 🚨

I’m looking for a few solid people to help me pull off our upcoming fundraiser, Bowling for Hope, benefiting local homeless and foster youth through 805 Community for Children.

📅 May 15
⏰ 6:00 – 9:00 PM (please arrive around 5:00 PM for setup)
📍 Buena Lanes, Ventura

This is a 3-hour fundraising event with a silent auction, raffle, games, and a full bowling night—and I need help running it.

Volunteer roles include:

Check-in table (welcoming guests, getting people set up)
Silent auction room (monitoring items, answering questions)
Selling raffle / 50-50 tickets
General help where needed

It’s fast-paced but fun, and it directly supports kids in our community.

If you can give a few hours that night, I’d really appreciate it.

I had the opportunity to present to their group, share what we’re doing with 805 Community For Children, and talk about our upcoming Bowling for Hope fundraiser… and they didn’t hesitate.

This is exactly what real community looks like.
Not just talking about helping — actually showing up, supporting local kids, and putting their resources behind something that makes a real impact.
