❤️Dustin has been adopted ❤️🐾 Meet the new kids on the block- a trio named after Stranger Things - the movie! Transferred to us from Mending Heart Animal Rescue, Maxine, Dustin and Eleven, 4 months old, were originally at SWLSNS for adoption. They just don't get as much adoption traffic as needed to adopt, so after the amazing vet at SWFLSNS fostered and sterilized them, they found their way to SFAR! 🐾

❤️ Maple has been adopted ❤️🐾 Maple and Caramel, both now 6 months old, were born on a porch-but luckily for them, a cat lover lived on the other side of that door! Instead of looking away, the homeowner stepped up and cared for this little stray family while searching for help. We didn't have room when that call first came, but thanks to our partnership with Sarasota County Animal Services, the family had a safe place to land. And the moment space opened at SFAR, we called to bring them home. Since arriving, these sweet sisters have known nothing but love, care, full bellies, and the comfort of knowing they are finally safe. Caramel was adopted just yesterday, let’s get Maple home today! 🐾

🐾 KC is waiting for “the one” that will understand just how truly special he is! A beautiful Persian at 9 years old, he’s a divo (how can he not be?) and proud of it! He tells us he requires extra TLC- daily grooming to keep his mane in tip top shape, his eyes 👀 wiped and face cleaned after each meal. He'll reward your patience with love only he can give! Please the the shelter at 941-492-6200 to learn how you can become his person! 🐾

🐾Hershey, now 7 months old, was adopted May 26, and his family says “Oh my gosh this little kitty has brought so much joy to our home! He is funny and silly and crazy- we love him! When we first met him, he was purring LOUD! They said his mom was named Purrnado! He still purrs so loud you can hear him from feet away! We love this boy and are thrilled we found him and gave him his forever home! 🐾 sounds like this fellow has found paradise! 🐾

🐾 Thank you, Ben! Our kittens love playing with the ball toys that firefighter Ben 👨‍🚒 made for our shelter! Treasure, the white tabby is available for adoption, while the other isn’t quite ready to find his family yet. Ben is the foster who brought us Tuxie and Stitch, aka Ember and Enzo, who very recently were adopted! 🐾
