Those are three favorites of the kids (and us)!! It doesn’t matter if you have been to the park program almost every day this summer or you’ve only been here one time, you can still come tomorrow and enjoy the fun!! We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning! Let’s make tomorrow the biggest day we’ve had so far, so bring your friends, cousins and neighbors!! See you at the park!!😎

What a beautiful day at the park this morning!! It was the perfect weather for our talent show! Our morning was filled with lots of great entertainment and talent! Our kids get super excited about our Talent Show every year! This year, they even talked Dina into joining their skit!😃 We had chicken nuggets and tater tots for lunch and swimming after. We want to give a BIG THANK YOU to JJ Payton, Chloe Shoaf and Kim Crowder for taking time out of your day to be our judges for the Talent Show!! I know it was an extremely hard decision because they all did fantastic!! We appreciate you all!! We really are so proud of everyone that faced their fears and walked up on the stage to perform in front of everyone! We recognize what a big accomplishment that is and they are absolutely all winners!!

Today, we celebrated Taco Tuesday with walking tacos for lunch!! We played bingo, we had guest speakers, we went swimming and we are so grateful to have such a nice park to hang out with our friends and we want to do our part to keep it looking great, so we spent some time walking around picking up trash this morning! (We are so proud of these kids!) We want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Ashlee Merryman and Laura Bell from Purdue Extension for coming out to talk to us about healthy snacks and for bringing stuff to help us make a healthy snack!!

This is our last week of the Park Program and we are having a GREAT time so far!! Yesterday, we had spaghetti and garlic bread for lunch, the firefighters came as our guest speakers and we had the ULTIMATE WATER DAY (video to follow). We had water balloons, water squirters, slip n slide down the big hill and we were sprayed by the firefighters. We want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Nikki McMasters, Colton Wishmier and Hunter McMasters from the Veedersburg Fire Department for coming to talk to us about fire safety, making sure everyone knows what number to call in case of an emergency and the importance of talking to our families about having a meeting place. We also want to thank them for helping us with our water day by spraying us!!🚒😎
