Another postcard to add to our library. This school was built about 1894 in the 400 block of west second street. A residence presently sits in that location. It was later used for elementary students until 1972.

The Fountain County Genealogy Society will be at the 4-H fair on Monday evening July 13 If you previously paid for a 2026 celebration book we will have them there for pick from 5 to 8

Reminder: if you pre-paid for a 2026 Fountain County History book on May 2nd. They can be picked up now at 405 N. Mill Street, Veedersburg on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 10 to 2. Call or message us if you're unable to pick up at these times. We can make arrangements for you.
