HUB 070 is a member-based coworking, shared office and events space hosting a diverse community of freelancers, solo/entrepreneurs, telecommuters, non-profits, small businesses, artists and community members. We share space and benefit from “accelerated serendipity” through connection, collaboration, mentoring, openness and sharing while working towards individual goals. What that means is that HUB 070 isn’t just another ‘rent a desk’ type of place. Our space (and the idea of coworking) is built on the following values:
Collaboration: One of the great benefits of working in a coworking space is that you will meet all sorts of people with all sorts of knowledge. Openness: We believe in transparency and openness. In a world where people are free, but ideas are not, only a few benefit. When ideas are free, everyone benefits. Therefore, we encourage open spaces and discussions. Community: We thrive on connections and mutual support. It is important that everyone give into as well as benefit from the strong (international) community coworking has become. Accessibility: In order to be fully open, we must make the effort to be accessible to all. This means that we endeavor to create both a financially and a physically accessible space. We are committed to this principle and welcome feedback on how we can make it even more accessible. HUB 070 offers the following monthly membership levels to fit your needs:
Community Connect: Share in the community, attend free educational, social and networking events and access an open desk two days per month. - $35/mo. Connect ‘Plus’: Work with us occasionally, attend free educational, social and networking events and access an open desk five days per month. - $95/mo. Part-Time: Make this your office when you need it, attend free educational, social and networking events and work with us at an open desk 12 days per month. (Reduced conference room fees and locked storage available). - $175/mo. After-Hours: Work on that project that needs focused attention! Attend free educational, social and networking events and access the space in the early mornings, evenings after 5pm, and all weekend long. – $155/mo. Full-Time: Make HUB 070 your full-time office with 24/7 access to an open desk and free locked storage. Attend community events, enjoy reduced prices on conference room and meeting space. Two guest passes per month. – $325/mo. Resident: (Dedicated Desk): Enjoy 24/7 access to your full-time office in the center of town, just steps to the bank, post office and cafes. Attend community events, schedule conference and meeting rooms free of charge and get your mail here. Five guest passes per month. (Six month commitment required). – $375/mo. Drop-in’s: Get out of your pajamas and escape the coffee shop for a spell! – $20/day
All memberships are month to month with no lease, similar to a gym membership and include access to social, educational and networking events, security access with key card, reliable high-speed business class wireless internet, conference room/meeting space, printer/scanner/copy service, locked storage, bike rack and full kitchen/ lounge access with cable television, tea and coffee.
