I haven't posted in a long time. We suffered many losses in 2025, but the first of 2026 hits hard. Our sweet Gilly died overnight. He would have been 35 in February and we had the joy of loving and laughing at him for the past 8 years. We are very thankful for Colleton County Animal Control for entrusting us with his care.

Happy Gotcha Day to Cadence and Romeo. These two have been with us since 2018 and have been together forever. ❤️

Hey friends. We need financial help. We have been maxed out physically and financially for the past year or so.

Consistent monthly donations would be helpful. If you were to donate monthly, what would you like to receive in return? Would you consider sponsoring a horse if I shared what it costs to feed, medicate and care for each horse per month?

Horses and splinters...among other misadventures. We've already racked up at least $2400 (before today's visit) in vet bills this year.

Donations are much appreciated, go directly to pay for feed, supplements, prescriptions, vet bills, farrier visits, hay, and anything else directly related to the daily care of these wonderful animals *and* they're tax deductible. We are 100% dependent on donations to be able to provide for the 18 equines that call our sanctuary home.

I'd like to introduce Lil Jet Cloud and Pepper! These two gorgeous ladies joined our sanctuary family yesterday and are super sweet. They had been at their previous home their entire lives, so we're enjoying watching and helping them learn their new home.
They'll get a full vet exam on Thursday and hopefully meet the farrier on Saturday.

Got to ride with Farmer Luke while he raked and his daddy baled hay. Love knowing that our animals will be eating homegrown hay! Had so much fun!!
