Hello Crestview families,

Thank you to those of you who have completed your Data Confirmation in the Aeries Parent Portal. We appreciate your attention to this important matter!

We still have several families who need to complete this. One important aspect of data confirmation is the Confidential Alternative Income Form, which could potentially help procure more funding for our school. This form must be signed and dated by October 31st in order to count. We are sending a form home with the oldest child of all families who have not yet completed one. You can complete this online while doing the data confirmation on the Aeries website but, again, it must be done by October 31st for us to receive credit. If you prefer, you also have the option of filling out the paper form and returning it to us by no later than Monday, November 2nd.

Thank you again for helping us complete this very important registration process.
