Why do we wear GOLD, and not YELLOW?
Gold, deeper and richer than yellow, points to the immeasurable worth God places on every human life. It reflects the value of our own lives and the lives we are called to protect, comfort, and restore. It also stands apart from the negative connotations that “yellow” can sometimes carry.
Blue carries a steady calm that builds trust in moments of crisis. It represents loyalty—God’s faithfulness to His people and our faithful response to Him.
Together, these colors are more than a uniform. They are a promise in motion. Long before words are spoken, they signal that in the midst of chaos, there are people who will show up, stand firm, and serve with strength, humility, and grace.
