FREE Stress Support Groups (SSGs) designed to support small groups of vets with vets, military spouses with caregivers, and families with
other families going through military and/or trauma stress. Groups
consist of 4-8 individuals, couples, or families; and are supported
with guidelines, content, and counseling by the HONOR program an Counselor Fox; either online or meet locally. INVESTORS:
the HONOR program operates in part from a low 10% management fee from all investors, providing 90% of every dollar to directly help the service member and family as a whole and as individuals. Hourly counseling is available at $50.00 pr. hr., one-on-one, and production and delivery of workshops (Attendees pay only $25 a week for 1.5 - 2 hours of group involvement, activities, and knowledge; in person or online, 4-8 attendees per workshop). Your ROI (Return on Investment) is not monetary profit or a tax deduction, but direct influence in lives saved, lives changed and transformed, lives touched by people who have the tools to make a world of difference, and lives connected to those who love our uniformed heroes and their families. Our goal in to help 10,000 veterans and families by Dec. 2015 and need to put $1,000,000 in Trust to pay for those who need Help now! Military families are unraveling, soldiers are withdrawing, injured heroes feel no one cares to supply what they really need, VA hospitals have many gaps in proper and complete care, and we’re loosing our tradition of supporting those who are suffering while supporting our freedom, and those who long for freedom. Those who would like to become an honored investor in the HONOR program, with the goal of helping 10,000 veterans and their families by December 2016, can do so, from either an individual standpoint, or as a company, by investing $200 dollars or more, in the care, recovery, and healing of veterans and current service men and women we appreciate so much for their service and sacrifice. NOTE: the HONOR program is not a 501(c3) or 501(c4), and net funds from investors are not tax deductible, and do not count as a contribution. the HONOR program is a program overseen by Counselor Fox and Former Specialist, Gary McLain, U.S. Army. ALTERNATIVES:
The VA system: Yes they care for psychological and physiological and it’s covered by United HealthCare, however, studies show: long wait times, limited therapy options, disability percentage variables, stigma and emotional issues causing avoidance, and minimal spiritual attention. Civilian therapists: Many are good, but also many who see those in the military did not serve and do not have seasoned experience with combat trauma victims. Fees can range from $40 - $150 per hour and routinely request 20-30 visits at their office over many months. Churches: Only a very few have access to military related counseling. The denomination of the church may have a say in content delivery, and some military members shy from a church buildings for personal reasons. Apathy and isolation: Many vets and spouses stay closed off, or feel abandoned, not knowing where to go or what to do. We can find them. We can reach them. We can help them, and we can bring healing to them. Non-Profits: Thank God for those who help veterans. Some help many once, others help a few over a long time, some provide Comfort Dogs, others physical rehabilitation. Some have very low administration costs, others much higher. The waiting list may be long or the event far from home. PARTICIPANTS: THOSE THAT NEED HELP NOW
