Friends of Hospice and Chef Edurne Garcia-Andre are offering two exciting Asian cooking classes this summer, and every registration helps support hospice and palliative care patients and their families through Friends of Hospice Southwest Washington.
Thai Cooking – June 28 from 2 to 5 pm
Learn to make fresh Salad Rolls, comforting Tom Kha G*i (Thai Coconut Chicken Soup), and the bomb—Pad Krapow G*i (Thai Basil Chicken), one of Thailand's most popular and flavorful dishes.

Asian Fusion – July 26 from 2 to 5 pm
Take your culinary skills to the next level with an exciting Asian Fusion menu. Learn the techniques for making both Maki and Korean-style sushi rolls, along with the wildly popular appetizer, Crab Rangoon. We will also explore additional Asian-inspired flavors and dishes that are sure to become favorites at your table.
