Providing and facilitating access to justice in Clark County for low income individuals and marginalized communities through advocacy and civil legal services.

We provide civil legal consultations with attorneys, preparation for appearing in court and direct representation for low income clients.

We're honored to have our work featured in the Legal Foundation of Washington's 2025 Impact Report.

As concerns about immigrant detention and deportation grew in our community, CCVLP responded by bringing family safety planning into trusted community spaces, where families could create legal plans that authorize a trusted caregiver to make important decisions for their children if they were detained or deported.

Thank you to the Legal Foundation of Washington for recognizing this work, and to our volunteers, community partners, and supporters who make it possible.

One of our favorite moments from this year's Garden Party & Auction was celebrating someone who truly embodies the heart of our mission.

Congratulations to Jess Hardy of Navigate Law Group, CCVLP's 2025 Volunteer of the Year!

Jess's compassion, generosity, and dedication have made a lasting impact on the clients she serves through our Family Law Program. She not only shares her legal expertise, but also ensures every client feels heard, respected, and supported while navigating legal challenges.

Thank you for making our Garden Party & Auction bloom. 🌸

One month later, we're still smiling about an afternoon filled with tea, flowers, laughter, and community.

Because of your generosity, we raised more than $11,000 to support free civil legal aid for our neighbors in Clark County.

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, donated, and helped make the day so special. We can't wait to see you at next year's Garden Party!

We're excited to celebrate one of our board members, Alex Reaganson, for being featured in the Washington State Bar News Heroes of Justice series.

In his guest column, Alex reflects on the experiences that shaped his path to public interest law and his belief that those with the ability to serve have a responsibility to do so. It's a powerful reminder that access to justice depends on people who are willing to stand alongside their communities and advocate for fairness.

We're grateful for Alex's leadership, both as a staff attorney at Northwest Justice Project and as a member of the CCVLP Board of Directors. Thank you for all you do to strengthen access to justice in Southwest Washington!

What a wonderful evening celebrating our legal community at the Clark County Bar Association’s Summer Soiree!

A few members of the CCVLP team joined friends and colleagues for an evening of connection, great conversation, and a well-deserved celebration of Kim Nigg, honored as the 2026 Colleague of the Year.

We’re grateful to be part of a legal community that shows up for one another and works together to expand access to justice across Clark County. Congratulations, Kim, and thank you to CCBA for bringing everyone together for such a special night!

What a day!

Our Garden Party was full of Wonderland whimsy: croquet on the lawn, flowers at the bouquet bar, a very special rabbit, treasures to bid on, and plenty of fun captured by Alegria Photobooth.

Together, we raised more than $11,000 for civil legal aid in Clark County!

That’s more than a party. It’s an investment in a community where everyone deserves access to justice and the ability to navigate the legal system with dignity and agency.

Thank you to everyone who spent the afternoon with us, brought their best Wonderland spirit, bid on something special, filled a bouquet, played a round of croquet, made a donation, or simply showed up and celebrated alongside us. 💐

We've officially added the final items, and there are so many incredible finds waiting for their next home. From original artwork and commissioned pieces to local experiences and handcrafted goods, there's something for everyone.
