We’re launching a new Refuge Point campaign to provide bottled water for our Sheriff’s Office deputies.
It may not sound like much, but deputies regularly use a simple bottle of water to connect with people in crisis. It helps slow things down, build trust, and open the door to conversation when it matters most.
It also helps them push through long shifts, extended scenes, and search & rescue missions when they’re out far beyond normal hours.
This is one of those quiet, practical needs that has a real impact every single day.
Our goal is to ensure every deputy has water readily available—for themselves and the people they serve. 100% of donations go directly to the purchase of water.

Yesterday was a truly meaningful day for Refuge Point.

We had the honor of supporting Sheriff’s Office deputies, Search & Rescue Historic Human Remains Detection K9 teams, forensic investigators, and many others during a cold-case investigation of a teenager who disappeared in 1971.

It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day alongside the river—an incredible setting for such important and careful work. More than that, it was a day marked by teamwork, purpose, and determination. There were plenty of smiles, strong collaboration, and a shared commitment to serve with excellence.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to come alongside these dedicated professionals—providing meals, coffee, and encouragement as they carried out this important mission.

Please continue to keep all those involved in your thoughts and prayers.

From all of us at Refuge Point - We truly appreciate each and every one of cops! We eagerly look forward to supporting you in any way we may.

Today is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. Thank you to our partners across Clark County—and to our own corrections professionals—for your commitment to safety and service.

🎄 Happy Holidays from our family to yours! 🎄

As the year winds down, we want to send our heartfelt thanks to the community we are proud to serve.

Our expert volunteers train year-round through rain, snow, darkness, and in challenging terrain - so that when the call comes, we’re ready to bring your loved one home. This holiday season, we’re especially grateful for the neighbors, families, and supporters behind the scenes who make this life-saving work possible.

If you’re feeling extra generous, consider supporting your local heroes! Every donation helps fund training, equipment, and readiness for the next mission - because emergencies don’t take holidays.

From our SAR family to yours:
✨ Stay safe
✨ Take care of one another
✨ And enjoy a peaceful, joyful holiday season

With gratitude,

Clark County Sheriff's Office Search & Rescue team
