Join us at Bleu Door Bakery this Friday at 7am for breakfast and what is sure to be an amazing presentation by Wendy Bukoski. Wendy is the Founder and Executive Director (she's also an instructor!) of Ohana Self-Defense. This is a non-profit organization whose mission "to uplift girls 10+ and all women with free empowerment-based self-defense in real-world situations. Designed by and for women survivors, we center communities most impacted by systemic, domestic, and sexual violence."

Don your thinking caps for a very exciting evening of trivia! A night sure to be full of fun and challenges awaits you at Vancouver Station Food Cart for our End Polio Trivia Night, October 22nd, beginning at 6:00. The flyer below has the QR code to register for the event. The ticket price of $25.00 per person goes directly to the End Polio Fund. Rotarians and their family and friends are welcome. There is limited seating, so don't wait!

You will order your food from the plethora of food trucks sure to appeal to your taste buds and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) can be purchased from the bar inside. Then head upstairs where the fun begins.

If you are planning to join us at Bleu Door Bakery this Friday....we won't be there! Quite often, we have an offsite meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of the month. This Friday, please join us at Journey Theater's new venue! The meeting will begin promptly at 7am and end at 8am. We will learn about the program they offer and receive a tour of their newly renovated theater and classrooms. Hope to see you there!

Join us at Bleu Door Bakery this Friday as we welcome NW RiverPartners as our guest speaker.

Northwest RiverPartners (NWRP) is a member-driven organization that serves not-for-profit, community-owned electric utilities in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Nevada, California, and Wyoming. They also proudly represent partners that support clean energy, low-carbon transportation, and agricultural jobs.

Our meetings begin promptly at 7am and end at 8am. Come a few minutes early to give yourself time to order a delicious Bleu Door Bakery breakfast and grab a coffee. See you this Friday!

We are at Bleu Door Bakery this Friday at 7am. Our very own Kirstin Lent is our speaker. She will share Upward Bound with us and how a recent grant awarded by our Foundation was used. We look forward to seeing you!

Upward Bound is a FREE, federally funded TRiO program providing fundamental support to participants in their preparation for college entrance. Upward Bound projects offer tutoring, advisement, mentoring, and cultural enrichment and supplemental instruction for high school students from low-income and first-generation families and other disconnected youth.
