Join us in welcoming Julia as SWCA’s new Director of Operations & Programs!

Julia brings deep experience in operations, program development, government contracting, business advising, and community partnerships. She’s excited to strengthen SWCA’s systems, grow member resources, and build programs that help local contractors thrive.

A creative at heart, she loves painting, pottery, gardening, and baking sourdough — and she’s a former Marine Corps trumpet musician.

Vancouver is home for her family, and she’s spent years working closely with businesses and organizations across Southwest Washington. She also volunteers as the Executive Director of Atlas Community High School.

The best part of any event isn't the game, it's the people you meet along the way.

Last Friday, our team was proud to sponsor hole 5 at the SWCA Classic Cup Golf Tournament. While golfers focused on their scorecards, we focused on building connections.

From testing trivia knowledge to sparking some healthy competition with co****le, our hole became a place for conversations, laughter, and community. We loved meeting new faces, reconnecting with longtime friends, and seeing so many familiar faces stop by throughout the day.

Thank you to everyone who made the event so enjoyable. We're grateful for opportunities like these to connect outside the office and be part of such a supportive community.
