What an amazing day our Scouts had, as they worked on the skills needed to complete their metalworking merit badge.

With the help of Ben (a former Eagle Scout- paying it forward) and Jon, both from NorthWest Blacksmith Association; the Scouts (and adults) had a blast learning /playing in the shop; and we all left with something fun and useful!

Thank you SO MUCH for introducing us to a new skill!!

Troop 14’s Christmas Tree Lot is officially packed up for the year.

🌲Salmon Creek United Methodist Church for allowing us to use their buildings for weekly meetings, the grounds to run our tree lot, and all of the other countless ways they continue to support us over the years!

🌲Sunbelt Rentals for the donation of the light tower to light up our tree sign!

🌲Gulick Trucking Inc. for the donation of tree delivery!

🌲All of our amazing customers for buying your tree, wreath, garland, and centerpieces from us!! Please continue to follow us to see what the scouts are up to!!

Mark your calendars, we will open the Saturday after Thanksgiving 2026!!

We’ve had some Troop 14 “celebrities” visiting the tree lot this year!!

Meet Troop 14’s first Scout Master (and his wife along with a few current scouts), the man responsible for making our amazing patrol boxes, and his son a Troop 14 Eagle Scout! (If I remember 72nd Eagle Scout!)

Not pictured but also visiting: other scout masters, scouts, our Troop Charter organizer; and many new and old friends.
