Ginger, especially fresh, yum! Healthful. I love it in spicy foods, but mostly with tea, lemon and honey. Delicious cold in the summer.

All our neighbors have come through the pandemic without a loss. However, Eugenia and Lyudmila have crossed over in the last couple, few weeks. It's so disconcerting to me to see them one day, and the next day, they are gone. Both are beautiful souls, and gifted gardeners. I shall miss their hugs & kisses😓💗and gardens.

Thinking, considering building these for some of our Garden plots Ladies.
What do you think?
I'll price the materials to build.
Or....
I'm going to use extra 8x6x16 and 8x8x16 cinder blocks on my garden plot borders. Might be cheaper than wood.
The plants love the heat from the cinder blocks. Added bonus, in the two holes I grow strawberries, raspberries, Black-eyed susans & Echinacea flowers in mine.

My BFF's daughter 53 yo Lori, who's battled leukemia since she was 42! has rec'd her 2nd death notice in less than a year from doctors. BUT❣️GLORY! to the Almighty! She & her "Love" Just Tied the Knot! THEY are Moving FORWARD, regardless! She is obviously a woman of EXTREME FAITH! She has gone through scores of cancer cocktail trials, to no avail, but is STILL grasping to the One Who IS LIFE! In the face of death!
I'm overjoyed by such FAITH! Faithfulness to Faith! Hallelujah! The angels in heaven are REJOICING!💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽Believe it! Choose LIFE❣️Regardless of this world's physical real life scenarios! There IS another virtual reality, God's spirit world! This act of Lori & her husband is the meaning of true faith!
BLESSED be the Holy One🙏❣️

Janet's potted plants again this year are beautiful!

It's chronic allergy time again, so I been getting a lot of rest. It will p pass. Till the next pollen pops, LOL.

Got the first & only eggplant at the Marshall Ctr Community garden. It went to resident Jeannette.

There's zucchini in the frig from the MCG. I forgot it was there. Coulda delivered it yesterday. Darn!
Allergies make me brain fogged, lol.

Check out the pink rose on my apricot rose bush. Originally this bush, a hybrid, had yellow roses with red/dark pink edges. I brought it with me from Silverdale, Washington, ten years ago this month.
