Vance Spouses' Club

Vance Spouses' Club The VSC is open to past/present military spouses/significant others living in the Vance community. Who are we? We are all united in our common service goals.

We are a diverse group, from brand new military spouses, to student spouses, to veteran military spouses, to retired spouses settled in Enid. How can I get involved? Please join us at one of our monthly socials or service project events. You can be as involved as you’d like. We are always seeking board members, thrift shop volunteers, and event committee members. We hope to see you at a VSC event

in the future. You are always welcome to join us in service and friendship. What do we do? Every year we raise thousands of dollars in scholarships, donate to community organizations, and directly serve our community. We do all this while enjoying the company of fellow spouses, listening to powerful guest speakers, creating fabulous craft projects, and hosting fun community events. Our two main fundraisers are the Holiday Marketplace (a vendor fair) and Silent Auction. These two events make the largest contribution to our scholarship fund, which is given to deserving military dependents. The social side of the VSC is also very rewarding. Past socials include instructed painting, playing bunco, a murder-mystery, creating holiday wreaths, bowling, and learning self-defense.

Today we celebrate the strength behind the service, the military spouses who hold it all together through every season of military life. Your resilience, sacrifice, encouragement, and unwavering support do not go unnoticed.

From deployments and long days to new beginnings and constant change, you continue to build community, create home wherever you are, and support those around you with grace and strength.

The Vance Spouses' Club is grateful for each of you and proud to stand beside such an incredible community. Happy Military Spouse Appreciation Day!

On this Friday, April 17 from 6-9 PM, Enid Axe is going to be donating 10% of their sales to the Flock. There will be axe-throwing, food, and a pool tournament for anyone interested in attending!

📍Where? Enid Axe
⏰When? April 17, 6 to 9 PM
💵How much will it cost? Axe throwing will be $10 an hour per person for military members and their families, $15 for non-military. Pool tournament entry is $10.

These funds will support the STUCAN Flock, which runs monthly outreach efforts for our student pilots, our Little Stueys group, and our Flock events!
