It is with great sorrow that the Ohio State Highway Patrol recognizes the off-duty death of Sergeant Matthew Cook of the Defiance Post.

Our thoughts are with Sergeant Cook’s family, the Findlay District and the Patrol family as a whole.

The Van Wert Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 681 presented Tri-county ADAMHS Board with a donation of over $22,500 to benefit first responders mental health services. The donation was made possible from the overwhelming success of the mental health presentation featuring Travis Howze.
