Just a heads up! The Food Pantry will be closed Wednesday, December 31st but is open today Monday December 29th and Friday January 2nd as normal.

Merry Christmas from all of us at VW Food Ministry at First UM Church! We are so thankful for all the community support we received this year and look forward to working hard to help many more children of Christ with food insecurity in 2026. Merry Christmas to ALL!

Make sure to plan ahead - Food Pantry will be closed Wednesday Dec 24 and Friday Dec 26. Bread and Bowl is also closed on Friday Dec 26. The food pantry will be open today, Monday Dec 22 as normal.

Thank you for your donations! Here is another large donation that just came in.

Every little bit counts and matters! Pantry shelf-stable items and personal care products are all making it into the hands of those that need it. You can drop off items at First United Methodist Church on the corner of Central and Jefferson from 8:30-1:30 Monday - Thursday and Friday 8am - noon.
