💫 Last night featured another round of "Jeffardy" with our volunteer Jeff Welker! The trivia game included questions all about the revolutionary war, the founding fathers, and the Declaration of Independence. Teens went head to head answering questions in celebration of America's 250th and had a great night of fun and prizes for all!!
Big thanks to Jeff for taking the time to put together such fun trivia games and providing prizes and even a cake for all to enjoy! ❤️🇺🇸💙

Portal 2:20 Teen Center is BACK!

After our two-week summer break, we’re excited to welcome teens back for another great week of fun, friends, and community!

Never been to Portal before?

If you’re 13-18 years old, come check us out! You’ll find:
🎮 Video games
🎱 Pool, ping pong, and air hockey
🎲 Board games and activities
🎤 Music and karaoke
🍿 Snacks and drinks
🛋️ A place to relax, connect, and be yourself

🌭 Free hot dog and bottle of pop for each teen while supplies last!

We’ve also made a few updates to our snack bar and check-in process to help things run even smoother this summer.

Bring a friend (or two!) and come see why so many teens call Portal their second home.

❤️ Our shelves are empty, but our building is full! ❤️

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been blessed to welcome 30+ teens each night at Portal! We love seeing our building filled with laughter, friendships, and opportunities to share the love of Jesus.

The only problem? Our snack bar has been nearly wiped out!

Most-needed items:
🍬 Candy (full-size bars, Skittles, M&M’s, Starburst, etc.)
🧁 Hostess & Little Debbie snacks
🥢 Pocky
🧀 Goldfish & Cheez-It packs
🍪 Prepackaged cookies and shelf-stable snacks
🥤 Canned pop (Coke, Dr Pepper, root beer, lemon-lime, orange, Faygo, and other fun flavors)
🍜 Ramen cups
🧀 Mac & Cheese cups

❤️Our shelves are empty, but our building is full.❤️

We love seeing Portal filled with laughter, friendships, and opportunities to share the love of Jesus. The downside? Our snack bar shelves have been emptied much faster than usual!

We’re currently running low (or completely out) of many of our most popular items and could use some help restocking.

Most-needed items include:

Reminder: Portal is CLOSED this week!! See you all on June 8th for summer!!

☀️ Summer is almost here! ☀️
With end-of-the-year concerts, awards nights, graduations, Memorial Day, and Peony Festival celebrations coming up, we wanted to share a few schedule updates for Portal 2:20 Teen Center!

📅 Upcoming Closures:
• Monday, May 18 — Closed so our staff and volunteers can attend Crestview Awards Night and Vantage Graduation
• May 25 – June 2 — Closed for Memorial Day week and Peony Festival week

🎉 But don’t worry — Portal 2:20 is OPEN all summer long!
Grab a friend (or two!) and come hang out at the best spot in town for teens!

🎮 Music, games, snacks, movies, friends, and a safe place to be yourself — all summer long.
📍 Ages 13–18 welcome!

🎓 Graduates: If you’re already registered with Portal 2:20, you’re welcome to keep hanging out with us over the summer until we close for Fair week! 💙
