Why were we at the Peony Festival? One of the obvious reasons was to raise money to pay the security deposits for individuals we are helping. The main reason was to bring awareness to the community about Off the Streets Van Wert County and the homeless population in our community.

For those of you that have helped us in the past couple years, we wanted to let you know of one of our biggest success stories. We had a man stop by our booth and thank us for helping him a couple of years ago when he needed it the most. He was happy to tell us he had been employed at his current job for over one year and had just purchased his first home. We are so excited and proud of him.

We are beyond thankful for those of you who donate money or other items, help spread the word about our organization, and/or pray for us and the clients we help. Of course, we couldn't do it without our partner Love INC of Van Wert County who has the furniture ministry and also supplies them with basic living necessities.

Corn hole set, cooler, 2 t-shirts, plates, napkins, beverage glasses, 1 gallon of water and lemonade mix, 7 different 2 liters of pop, and 5 different snacks. The drawing will be held on Saturday, June 6th around 8:00 pm. We will call/text the winner after the drawing. All donations made between now and then will be entered for a chance to win! *Need NOT be present to win. * Will deliver within 30 miles of Van Wert.
