🎉 We’re excited to announce our new partnership with DMARC! 🎉

Thanks to this partnership, the Van Meter Food Pantry will be able to keep the shelves stocked and continue supporting individuals and families facing food insecurity in the community.

Food insecurity affects more Iowans than many people realize. The Van Meter food pantry is committed to helping our community access the food and support they need.

While programs like SNAP assist many, over half of food-insecure Iowans do not qualify for these benefits, making local food pantries an essential resource for those in need.

Donating to your local food pantry can make an incredible difference and help ensure that members of our community do not go hungry.

Thank you to Jen DeWall and the group of 7th grade boys who recently helped their community by donating to the Van Meter Food Pantry! Jen gave the boys a budget and the 80/20 rule. 80% real food, 20% fun foods and they nailed it! We love seeing youth learning the value of service to others and their community at a young age. Thank you!
