Here at our rescue this is what a rescue dog has to deal with (relaxation) She is the best porch dog ever. All our dogs here are enjoying the weather on their beds with water and treats. We had to say goody to our oldest rescue here at Dexter Dog Rescue I cried tears of regret and happiness because I know he isn't suffering anymore. He has been with us since July 2025. His brother(Chuck) and him came to us in July 2025 and we gave Rutkus/Dave the best life that could be had in a dog kennel. He was never forgotten and made comfortable the time that he was here with us. His brother now needs someone to step up and give him a foster care home. He will be missing Dave and we would like him to have his few remaining years in a home, soft bed and comfort. If anyone is interested in giving him some love please reach out. Ok we have taken in this little girl. She is a puppy and so loving. We have her in a kennel on our porch and will get her vetted, spayed and ready for someone that wants her. Her markings and personality are amazing. I can tell you she wants to be someone's person. She wants everything to get your trust and honesty she is so smart. I will have her at our fundraiser on April 18th in Cedarville if you are interested come fill out forms to adopt. I am telling you she is amazing. She will be fully vetted and spayed.

This coming Tuesday I am happy to say that all 10 dogs will be spayed and neutered and now have their first month of flea and tick prevention done here at Dexter Dog Rescue. This is only possible with your donations whether at our fundraisers or sent to us personally. We will be going into spring and summer with the added flea and tick costs monthly and of course food. We are down to 2 bags of food now. I am reaching out to anyone that can help us cover this so we can keep all our rescues comfortable and full. Anything you can do will help. My husband and I worked out in the kennels the last 2 days. We made all the doors to the kennels better for the dogs and us. I took a few pictures today of a few dogs that need someone to take a chance with them and also our ambassador Dexter. My pictures aren't the best because when we are out with them they won't stop moving. LOL
Please take a chance on any of them they deserve it. Please donate, tick and flea season is coming and that takes so much money out of the rescue to make them comfortable. We love all of you that follow and please donate🐕💓🦮💕
