Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to the Belleville Yacht Club members who came out to help do cleanup at the VFW post today. Chris Donley, Pete LaFramboise, John Cerone, Rhonda Mohowitsch Cerone, Colleen Holder, Brett Barry, Michael Hawkins, and Janine Smith Hawkins.
We cut back the overgrown shrubs and trees, cleaned out the garage, painted the jack stands at the Howitzer (the orange clashed with the Army OD green), rebuilt the back porch, attempted to seal and stain the front porch before the rain shut that down and cleaned about half of the interior of the post (this will be completed in the coming days). The landfill will have quite a bit less room!
If I missed anyone, please let me know. It was a busy day!!!!
