We want to inform you that The Rambling Closet has permanently closed its doors, Saturday 18th was our last day.
We are incredibly grateful for your support and understanding,without you,this would not have been possible.we leave with gratitude and wonderful memories of having been part of your story.We sincerely wish that God will always provide for your needs in your homes and families.

❤️❤️We are so very sorry to hear of the closing of the Ramblin’ Closet. Your organization provided a wonderful service to the community and we are saddened to see your store close. We would love to invite people to bring donations to Peggy’s Porch in Howe (little white metal building located directly behind City Hall at 116 E. Haning Street and across the parking lot and street from the Howe First Baptist Church). People can come by every Saturday from 9-11 am to drop off donations of clean new or gently used clothing, shoes, etc. or shop. Clothes are provided free of charge to anyone in need. If people want to drop off donations at another time, they are welcome to message us via Facebook messenger and we can arrange to have someone meet them there! A Heavy Heart and a Grateful Goodbye

To our wonderful community, it is with a mix of emotions that we share some important news. After much reflection, The Ramblin Closet has decided to close its doors. Our final day of operation will be April 25th, 2026
Since we first opened, our mission has been to provide clothing and support to families in need. We are so incredibly proud of the impact we've made together and none of it would have been possible without your generous donations, your time and your prayers.

We are no longer accepting new donations as we prepare for our final day. Please do not leave items outside the building.

We invite anyone in need to visit us during our special hours Wednesday thru Friday 11am to 4pm and Saturday 11 to 2pm We will continue these hours until April 25th or until all items are gone, whichever comes first.

Thank you for allowing us to serve this beautiful community. It has been an honor.

REMINDER!
We are taking donations!

Happy New Year! We would like to inform you that we will be accepting donations starting today, January 5th, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Please ensure that all donations are in excellent condition and clean, as we will be very selective due to limited storage space.
For these same reasons, we will no longer be accepting donations of books or toys.
Those wishing to make large donations can only do so on Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
We are going to reopen thursday, January 8th.
