Today, on World Mental Health Day, we’re celebrating something especially meaningful. 💙

On October 10, 2023, we hosted our very first Hand in Hand Grief Support group. Today marks THREE YEARS of healing in community!

For three years, we’ve made space for children, teens, and families to share their stories, honor their loved ones, and discover that they do not have to navigate grief alone.

We believe grief support is an important part of mental health and emotional well-being. Connection matters. Community matters. And having a safe place where your grief is welcomed matters.

Three years later, we’re still here, still growing, and still healing together.

Your grief is welcomed here. Always. 💙

Tonight, our volunteers, board members, speakers, ambassadors, and team leads came together to prepare for Art Heals the Heart — and we are ready to serve you.
