Our local “organ crawl” today was a success. We began our experience with an authentic 1889 Hook & Hastings organ (St. Andrews Episcopal, Valpo). It still maintains its original hand-bellows! Juries and Exams: complete! We spent last night celebrating the end of a great semester. Special thanks Dr. Kim and Dr. Brugh for organizing this gathering.

It also breaks our hearts to say goodbye to our dear friend Johannes Fleischle, who is leaving us today to go back home to Germany. We have totally enjoyed having him with us this semester as an organ student. We will miss you, Johannes!

After the recital, our chapter members were given the opportunity to play the beautiful Paul Fritts & Co. organ in the recital hall. Many thanks to Mr. Dan Schwandt for welcoming us and demonstrating the instrument!
