Hi All!! Laporte is hosting a showmanship clinic open to all counties! Take advantage!

🐑 Calling all sheep exhibitors! 🐑

Want to sharpen your showmanship skills before fair season? Join us for the Sheep Showmanship Workshop on Tuesday, June 10 at 6:00 PM at the Show Arena at the LaPorte County Fairgrounds!

Whether you're brand new to showing or looking to polish your skills in the ring, this workshop is a great opportunity to learn, practice, and gain confidence with your sheep. Bring your questions and get ready for an evening of hands-on learning!

If anyone wants to order a 2026 sheep shirt please let me know. The cost is $20 per t-shirt at weigh in during the fair. (All 4-h sheep kids will get one donated).

Wanted to share with all the sheep project members that the Ag Society will be auctioning off the two old livestock scales in an online auction next wednesday night. These scales would be perfect for a 4-her to use for the 4-H project and will be affordable, as they are older scales. Here is a link to the auction, please let me know if you have any questions!
