Valparaiso VFW Post 10491 BBQ meal (smoked pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and chips) $10. Thank you to the community for allowing g us to do this for the last 3 years! Meal will be served from 5:00 p.m. till gone at the Community/Senior Center dine in or take it to go. Thanks for supporting your local VFW Post.

We held our post's meat raffle drawing during the Chili Feed on January 25, 2025 at 2pm. The winners were:

Pat Isaacson- $500 gift certificate to Buresh Meats in David City

Chris Bishop- $250 gift certificate to Wahoo Locker in Wahoo

Casey Pospical- $100 gift certificate to Del Gould Meats in Lincoln

VFW POST 10491 Valparaiso, NE Midwinter chili and chili dog feed, Jan 25 2025, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Val Sr/Community Center (312 Pine St.)
$10 bowl of chili with hot dog, cinnamon roll and water.

Tonight's meeting is cancelled. Next meeting is Feb 20, 7 pm at Community/Senior Center.

This Saturday (11/11, Veterans Day) the VFW will be having a Sloppy Joe Lunch at the Valparaiso Community /Senior Center. 11am to 1 pm. To go meals available and will have the football game on TV. Gun raffle drawing too.
All proceeds go to Saunders County VFW Christmas Drive.
