We are so excited to officially announce our 2026 20 Under 40 honorees!
We received SO many incredible nominations from people throughout our community. The number of nominations made it incredibly difficult to narrow down this list because we have so many people who are doing amazing things, often without ever asking for recognition.
To make the selection process as fair as possible, other community boards were asked to review the nominations and select this year’s honorees. We are incredibly thankful to those who took the time to help us recognize these deserving individuals.

What makes this group so special isn't simply what they accomplish in their careers.
It's what they choose to do outside of what their careers require of them.

They support local organizations, schools, businesses, churches, nonprofits, and community events.
Most importantly, they show up for the people around them.
Leadership isn't always found in a job title. Sometimes it's simply found in the willingness to serve.
Over the next several days, we'll be personally delivering plaques to each of our honorees, and we are looking forward to celebrating each one of them and hearing more about the ways they are making a difference in our community.
