☀️ Summer wellness is about more than staying busy—it's about staying connected. Small moments spent together can strengthen relationships, support emotional well-being, and create lasting memories.

Try one of these free family activities this summer and make connection a priority. 💚

What is your family's favorite summer tradition?

Therapy has a lot of myths surrounding it — but the truth is, asking for support is a sign of strength. 💚 This Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s keep creating more good days together.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reminded that healing, growth, and support happen best when we come together. 💚

Therapy can provide a safe space to process challenges, strengthen relationships, build coping skills, and support overall well-being. No one should have to navigate life’s difficulties alone.

We are grateful for our partnership with Auburn University Marriage and Family Therapy Center and the meaningful impact this collaboration continues to have in supporting mental health within our community.

This year’s Mental Health Month theme, “More Good Days, Together,” is a reminder that support, connection, and access to care can make a difference — one conversation, one step, and one good day at a time. 💚

If you or someone you know is interested in therapy services or learning more about available resources, please reach out to us — we would be happy to help connect you (334)768-4091

💚 Mental Health matters every day.

This Mental Health Month, we join Mental Health America
in embracing the 2026 theme: “More Good Days, Together.”

A “good day” looks different for everyone. For some, it may mean feeling rested, connected, hopeful, or simply making it through a difficult moment. Mental wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and finding the right path for you is an important part of the journey.

Together, we can create spaces of support, compassion, and understanding — because no one should have to face hard days alone. Every conversation, act of kindness, and moment of connection can help make more good days possible. 🌿

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

This year’s theme, “More Good Days, Together,” reminds us that healing, hope, and support are stronger when we show up for one another. Whether it’s checking in on a friend, prioritizing your own well-being, or advocating for mental health resources in your community—every small step matters.

Let’s work together to create more good days, for everyone. 💚

Child Abuse Prevention Month may end in April — but protecting children is a year-round commitment.

You can continue making a difference by:

✔ Checking in on families
✔ Offering support to those who need it
✔ Creating a safe, caring community for children

When families are supported, children are safer.
