A Vision To Feed A Vision To Feed is a non profit ministry founded in 2005. Our mission is to feed seniors citizens All donations are tax deductible.

A Vision to Feed Ministry was given to Carl Ashford through Jesus Christ to honor all senior citizens and children (initially) in the Greater Valley area. This ministry has been ongoing since May 19th 2005, and is still growing today. A Vision to Feed has been serving hot food one Saturday each month, and also distribute frozen food daily. The ministry has grown to be able to feed other surroundin

g areas, covering a large portion of East Alabama and West Georgia. We are now approaching 100,000 hot meals served to senior citizens, children and homeless people in these areas. As more opportunities and need open up, the ministry is continually in need as well for volunteers and financial support. Thank God for the many businesses and volunteers that have contributed to this ministry.

American Eagle Day celebrates one of the most recognizable American national symbols – the once-endangered bald eagle.

On the front side of the Great Seal of the United States, a bald eagle is depicted holding an olive branch in its right talon and 13 arrows in its left. The olive branch and arrows symbolize the United States' commitment to peace and its readiness for war, while the number of arrows – 13 – refers to the original 13 states.

This side of the seal is considered the coat of arms of the US and is used on most official US government documents.
