💙SATURDAY SPECIAL SWEETHEART: OTIS💙
He’s a happy boy. A sometimes jumpy boy. A handsome boy (the ladies love him in playgroup). Our boy, OTIS, has Addison’s disease😞. It’s a hormonal disorder. BUT!!! With proper medication he can lead a perfectly normal life. He went on a day out with a volunteer recently and was a polite car rider. He spent the day playing HIS version of fetch, running the fence with a dog on the other side, watching kids swim, rolling in the grass, and pretending to be deaf…until he heard the crinkle of a cheese wrapper. A happy, friendly, waggily-tailed boy, OTIS would love a home with a dog and school-age kids to play with. He plans on bringing the fun and love.

💙SATURDAY SPECIAL SWEETHEART: BIPSEY💙
He’s young. He’s cute (make that adorably cute). He’s playful and fun. Our little man was diagnosed with Hypertrophic Osteodystrophy (a swelling and inflammation of the long bones😔) when he was just a baby. BUT!!! His surgery was a success (Thank you! awesome medical team) and he’s ready to finally just be a dog and have fun. He has minor physical limitations and his front legs look a little different, but that doesn’t stop him from having a great time in playgroup with his pals. A home with school age kids, a like-sized dog, and lots of love would be perfect for this brave little boy.

🐾❤️FOSTER FRIDAY ❤️ 🐾

Don't forget about Dagwood! — a gentle soul with a resilient heart and a whole lot of love to give. Dagwood has come a long way since arriving at our shelter in October of 2024. When he first came in, he was underweight and dealing with chronic skin issues, persistent ear infections, and cloudy eyes. Thanks to our incredible medical team and consistent kindness and attention, Dagwood has truly started to bloom. Now, he’s ready for the next chapter of his journey: finding his forever home.

What Dagwood Needs in a Home:
A social, similarly sized resident dog (a must!)
A patient adopter
No young children
Due to his nervousness with new people, Dagwood would do best in an adult-only home or one with older children (12+).
Dagwood’s ideal forever home will offer him time, understanding, and continued support as he keeps healing—emotionally and physically.

Hey there! Do you wanna see me smile?? NUTELLA’S my name, and smiling’s my game. I’m a two-year old Basenji mix (?whatever that is?) and I’m here to tell you what a good girl I am. I’ll be pretty shy when you first meet me, but once I know you I promise there’ll be nothing but affection and sweetness going on. I’m not real big (except for my glorious ears)so I wont take up a lot of room at your house. I would actually prefer to be your only dog, but, don’t worry, you can keep your kids. They’ll love me, too. I’m waiting!!!
