🇺🇸 Happy Flag Day, Valley View! 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the symbol that has represented our nation’s freedom, sacrifice, resilience, and unity for nearly 250 years.

The American flag has flown over moments of triumph and moments of hardship. It represents the generations who came before us, those who serve today, and the future we are building for those who will come after us.

As we honor Flag Day, we are proud to help display these flags throughout our community as a visible reminder of the values that bring us together: service, patriotism, community, and hope.

At the request of the City Of Valley View, the flags will remain on display through Independence Day, allowing us all to continue celebrating our nation and the freedoms we are blessed to enjoy.

May we never take those freedoms, or the sacrifices made to protect them, for granted.

Tonight, Valley View Kiwanis had the absolute honor of awarding scholarships to four incredibly deserving students from our community.

These students stood out not only for their achievements, but for their understanding of something we value deeply — the importance of serving the community that helped shape them.

Community service isn’t just about volunteering hours; it’s about heart, leadership, compassion, and recognizing that even small acts of service can create lasting impact right here at home.

To our scholarship recipients: thank you for already choosing to make a difference. Valley View is better because of young leaders like you, and we can’t wait to see where your futures take you.

Congratulations to all four of these outstanding students! 🎓✨

Join the Valley View Kiwanis Club for our upcoming Valley View Playground: Design Presentation & Community Support Forum.

We are moving beyond the planning phase, but we need your help to make it a reality. At this meeting, you’ll meet our expert panel—including the design team, grant writer, and financial partners from First United Bank - Gainesville and Hector Flores, Modern Woodmen of America. They will provide a clear overview of the project’s scope and answer questions about how you can support the investment needed to break ground.

We had an absolute blast celebrating 53 incredible students at our B.U.G. program party! 👏🏻
These hard-working kiddos have been busy hitting their goals, so we made sure to celebrate their success with a highly requested pizza party.
We are so proud of our Valley View kids for proving that hard work really does pay off!
Huge thanks to the teachers and parents who help these students shine. Keep up the great work, everyone! 💙

The Valley View Kiwanis is proud to announce the completion of our remaining 50 disaster relief bags for kids! These packs are designed to provide comfort and essentials to children in our community during times of unexpected crisis.
This project was a true community effort, and we want to extend a huge THANK YOU to the local businesses and organizations whose generous donations helped us fill these bags:

We have 50 bags for kids and 50 bags for adults ready for distribution as needed.

We had a lot of fun this past week celebrating our B.U.G kids with a Donut Truck Party! 🍩

We are so proud of the 49 students who worked hard, stayed focused, and successfully met their self-set goals this six weeks! ✨

We would also like to give a HUGE thank you to their teachers!
This program wouldn't be possible without the help of our incredible educators at Valley View ISD! Thank you again to the teachers and staff for your dedication, for tracking our B.U.G. kids progress, and for cheering these students on every single day. You are the real MVPs! 🏆

Congratulations again to our B.U.G kids! We are so proud of you!🌟
