🎀 ICEOS 2026 Spotlight: Smith Family Lecture

We're honored to welcome Andrew Paul, former U.S. Navy SEAL Officer and Leadership Instructor at Echelon Front, as the Smith Family Lecturer at ICEOS 2026.

With more than 17 years of military service, including multiple combat deployments to Iraq, Andrew served alongside renowned leaders Leif Babin, JP Dinnell, and Jocko Willink during the Battle of Ramadi. His firsthand experience leading in some of the world's most demanding environments shaped the leadership principles he now teaches to organizations around the globe through Echelon Front.

Today, Andrew combines his combat leadership experience with years of success in business, helping leaders build stronger teams through the principles of Extreme Ownershipβ€”taking responsibility, leading with purpose, and creating high-performing organizations.

A recipient of the Bronze Star Medal with Valor and the Army Commendation Medal with Valor, Andrew brings a powerful perspective on leadership, accountability, and teamwork that extends far beyond the battlefield.

We look forward to welcoming Andrew to the ICEOS 2026 stage and hearing his inspiring message.

Scoliosis Awareness Month Patient Spotlight: Meet Maykol πŸ’š

Today we're celebrating an incredible milestone for Maykol! πŸŽ‰

After consistent dedication to wearing his TLSO brace, Maykol has officially graduated from bracing for his adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Not only did his curve remain stable throughout treatment, but it also showed improvement β€” a testament to the power of early detection, expert care, and patient commitment.

Pictured with Maykol is Dr. Jaime A. Gomez, whose guidance and care helped support Maykol throughout his scoliosis journey. Moments like these highlight the impact that a dedicated care team, supportive family, and determined patient can have on treatment success.

Every scoliosis journey is unique. For some patients, bracing can play a critical role in helping manage curve progression and avoid more invasive treatment options. Success stories like Maykol's remind us that every appointment, every adjustment, and every day of treatment matters.

A special congratulations to Maykol and his family for their hard work and perseverance throughout this journey. We are so proud of you and excited to celebrate this achievement!

πŸ’š Early Detection. Proper Treatment. Stronger Futures.
