🎤 ICEOS 2026 Spotlight: Smith Family Lecture

We're honored to welcome Andrew Paul, former U.S. Navy SEAL Officer and Leadership Instructor at Echelon Front, as the Smith Family Lecturer at ICEOS 2026.

With more than 17 years of military service, including multiple combat deployments to Iraq, Andrew served alongside renowned leaders Leif Babin, JP Dinnell, and Jocko Willink during the Battle of Ramadi. His firsthand experience leading in some of the world's most demanding environments shaped the leadership principles he now teaches to organizations around the globe through Echelon Front.

Today, Andrew combines his combat leadership experience with years of success in business, helping leaders build stronger teams through the principles of Extreme Ownership—taking responsibility, leading with purpose, and creating high-performing organizations.

A recipient of the Bronze Star Medal with Valor and the Army Commendation Medal with Valor, Andrew brings a powerful perspective on leadership, accountability, and teamwork that extends far beyond the battlefield.
