V-500 Scholarship Program

V-500 Scholarship Program V-500 funds academic scholarships to support Valley City State University’s vision of attracting and retaining talented individuals.

V-500 accepts donations in any amount. Pledge levels have been developed as a guideline in the amounts of $250 ($1,000), $375 ($1,500), $625 ($2,500) or $1250 ($5,000) a year for a commitment of 4 years. You can personally sponsor a student's scholarship at the $1,500, $2,500 or $5,000 level. You will be introduced to the student at the annual V-500 recognition banquet held in December. Tickets are complimentary for those donating at least $250 a year.

Our Story

Financial assistance is one of the reasons students choose Valley City State University. The $1,500 or $3,000 V-500 scholarship rewards their academic achievements in high school.

V-500 accepts donations in any amount. Pledge levels have been developed as a guideline in the amounts of $250 ($1,000), $375 ($1,500), or $625 ($2,500) a year for a commitment of 4 years. Many donors are now choosing to donate with a recurring monthly amount.

You can meet some of the scholarship recipients if you attend the annual V-500 recognition banquet held in December.
