Come give Nilla Wafer a warm welcome, bring your social pup, and spend the afternoon with fellow animal lovers at Old School Tap House & Social.

We’ll also have information about Pawsitive Impact Rescue’s adoptable kittens, and if you’d like to show a little extra rescue love, donations to either rescue are always appreciated. 🐶🐱

🩶 String Bean Found His Family! 🩶

Some adoptions just feel meant to be.

After recently moving to Kansas and saying goodbye to their beloved feline family member, String Bean’s new family found him on Petfinder. It didn’t take long for this sweet little guy to steal their hearts.

Today, Bean has everything he could ask for—a loving family, two wonderful kiddos, a gentle canine companion, and a lifetime of adventures ahead. Judging by these photos, he’s already mastered the art of snuggling, making himself at home, and soaking up every bit of love.

String Bean’s journey began when he was found alone in the same field where the Maize 4 had been rescued just weeks earlier. He was welcomed into the very same foster home, where Christian, Josephine, Amal, and Georgina became his first friends and helped him grow into the confident, affectionate kitten he is today.

It truly takes a village to save lives, and Bean’s story is proof of that.

Thank you to his incredible adopters for giving him the forever home he deserves, and to his foster family for loving him every step of the way.

Happy forever, String Bean! 🩶🐾
