Stalked & Harassed by strange annoying noise. Cannot sleep at night because of the nagging noise. First consult medical doctor to rule out tinnitus.
Try listening to music classical , piano any type binaural music to stimulate the brain.
Prolonged noise harassment can contribute to medical ailments cardiac issues, high blood pressure, increase heart rate , cause dizziness, falls & injuries, fatigue, decrease brain activity symptoms similar to Alzheimer’s . You forget your keys, bank codes, phone PIN code. Stalkers want all that you own that includes your property and will not hesitate to steal all of your hard earned money.
What to do? Do not isolate yourself from family & friends. Stalkers prey on elderly with out family presence. You can mask the noise for free download YouTube app search “noise blockers“. Stop befriending and allowing anyone in your home. Invest in surveillance equipment. Locate the Stalkers usually the person watching you come and go. File police report. It only takes one incident Sue in Civil Court for Stalking & Harassment.

FYI: How to stop a Stalker from harassing you In the State of California. File a Stalker Claim at no charge. You must have the Stalkers name,address and attach police reports if any. Locate Civil Court division. request a Stalker Civil Claim packet. Request the Judge to grant you EPO Emergency Protection Order because “you are in fear for your life.” ask the judge to waive the service fee. Take the order to the Sheriff Station for the Officer to serve. Report to Court request additional time if needed up to 3 years.
