Carli is the creator of the Heartfullness Project: "Making Social Emotional Learning fun & easy!" (LoveLifeAction.com). She teaches Social Emotional Skills Dance Party classes called the "Tune in Turn Up" for young children teaching Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in a fun easy way, that sticks. It's time we taught children Social Emotional Skills the same way we teach ABC's & 123's. In class we use the "Problem Solving (made easy) Kit" Carli created that has everything you need to teach children Social Emotional Skills through games, music & dance. Heartfullness connects the mind & body (mindfulness) to the heart (emotions). YOUR GIFT

WORK IT
Carli has been an Early Childhood Education specialist teaching dance, music & yoga for over 10 years. She brings her hands on experience with children together with a strong foundation of schooling in Early Childhood Education (18 units) and an obsession with Reggio Emilia & Montessori. Working directly with babies to school age children for over 15 years, she's seen first hand the struggles children have regulating & expressing their emotions as well as being supported in doing so. It hurt her heart to see her students struggle with their emotions & simple problem solving skills with other children without support. So over the years she's created games, songs & dances to help children with just that. The Heartfullness Project has been something she has been wanting to create for so long & she's so excited to finally bring it to you! EASY & FUN
That's the underlying goal that guides her work. She knows the best way children learn is if we make it easy & fun for them. Teachers & parents have often told her she has a golden gift with children, she loves kids & it shows. DID YOU KNOW
There’s a 20 year study that shows the biggest factor to adult success can be attributed to one factor by the age of 6: their social emotional skills. Can they regulate their emotions? Can they solve problems with other children? Do they understand their feelings? These are the skills successful, happy adults showed by the time they were in kindergarten. This is why she is so passionate about her project. . THE STRUGGLE
She’s no stranger to struggle. Raising her own children brings even more insight & clarity to her work. From bringing herself out of an abusive relationship & postpartum depression, she hopes to be a light for other mamas who face similar situations.
