Sorry for the last minute families, but the gym will not be available for us to use until further notice. I will be heading down to the school district to discuss our options for gym time during the summer. Never had this issue before, so forgive us. First time for everything. Thank you so much for your understanding. Please spread the word to the other wrestlers. Enjoy a little breakfor now my wrestlers. There will be some serious make up time when we round back up.

The fantastic Coach Bobby Gonzalez will be holding a clinic at Benicia High School today 4-1 and next week 4-6. The clinic will run from 3:45-8pm so bring a snack and water! The cost is $20 and all proceeds go to helping Alyssa and Forrest compete in Florida!!! A good cause and a great time to learn some new technique!

Vallejo PAL Wrestling practice tonight was fantastic!!! Thank you to theses coaches that have donated their time to give back to the kids and keep a legacy alive! So uplifting to be able to watch the kids from our program able to come back to the mat! God is good!
REMINDER: Tomorrow night (Wed) is our ADVANCED and HIGH SCHOOL practice at Jesse Bethel Mat Room, 6-8pm. Registration will be done here as well. See you again tomorrow!

Vallejo PAL Wrestling Practice begins TOMORROW Tuesday, Feb 28th! 6-8pm at Vallejo High mat room (next to tennis courts)! Registration will be held for all of those interested. $50 for the season (Now until June) which includes your childs insurance, t-shirt and shorts. Advanced Wrestlers Practice will be held on Wed the 29th, 6-8pm at Jesse Bethel High School. Registration will be held here as well. The tournament schedule has been put together and competition will begin immediately for those who are ready to participate. Bring your wrestling shoes...
