Russell's Reinforcers Russell's Reinforcers. Non-profit Organization. We currently offer support in the form of advocacy for parents and care givers.

It is our goal to gain sponsorship through grants and donations to offer various forms of aide such as structured playgroups, outings, seminars, resources, and other group activities for parents, care givers, relatives, and include siblings to special needs children. I hope to make a difference in the life of not only my children but that of others.
