Santa Clarita Speed Skating Club

Whether young, old, beginner or advanced...everyone is welcome to skate with us and be coached by National Champions, Medalists & World Team Members.

Santa Clarita Speed Skating Club strives to develop young talent, foster community involvement, and continue to grow as a dynamic club representing US Speedskating. We're a growing club and always looking for new members to share in this exciting sport. We affiliated with US Speedskating and we are a non-profit, charitable organization [IRS 501(c)3]. e coached by US Speedskating Certified Coaches, some of whom have been previous National Champions. By placing an emphasis on proper skating technique, our coaches create an atmosphere where all skaters, regardless of skill level, are welcome. In addition, we have several National medalists on hand to help guide newcomers.

Our condolences go out to the family and friends of Jim Wilkins who sadly lost his battle to cancer this week.
Jim was a long-time supporter of Speed Skating in Southern California .
He was an essential referee, track installer, and official for Southern California Speed Skating for many years .
Our hearts 💕 go out to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
