Redeemed Living - Valdosta Redeemed Living is a Christ Centered Men's Recovery Residence located in Valdosta, GA. By 18 I was a full-blown cocaine addict and alcoholic. etc.)

From Founder, Brent Moore Jr.:

At 12 years old I began experimenting with drugs and alcohol. From 18-21 I lived a life of utter chaos. My life had become completely unmanageable. I began to ruin every relationship I had, started losing everything I was working so hard to keep. Something was missing. I began to notice others who had been on the same road I was on for many years, and I knew that I did not want to be on that same road 5 years later or worst, dead. On March 20, 2011, I decided to turn my addictions over to God and broke down on a dirt road I promised to God I would not pick up another drink or drug again. Two days later I surrendered my life to Christ and have been living for him since! In a desperate search to find my new identity in Christ I found God, church, and community. The community I found in church and through God is what helped me to maintain my sobriety. Surrounding myself with men who were sober and wanted to see me stay sober was empowering. Strangely I found that serving and giving back empowered me even more. In fall of 2012 two other men who had the same mission as me, to help people find sobriety through Christ, and myself started meeting and decided to start up a ministry called Celebrate Recovery at Crosspoint Church in Valdosta Ga. This is where my passion for addiction ministry began. November of 2015 God gave me a vision to open up redeemed living. In March of 2016 we opened the doors and got our first Client. I am now married and have two beautiful children.….. How The Program Works and Operates

In order to get in Redeemed Living you must have gone through a minimum of 28 days in a inpatient treatment facility and want to pursue a relationship with Jesus Christ. Once you meet that criteria we will do an over the phone interview with the client and their counselor to make sure they really need to be in the program as well as want to be in the program. Once we establish they are a good candidate they are accepted and are able to move in. This program is a one-year commitment program. In order to move in you have to pay for three weeks rent up front. During the first couple weeks we help the client find a job as well as we provide transportation to and from work for the first 30 days free of charge. During the first 30 days they are in “Phase 1” during this phase they are not allowed to go on weekend passes and can only leave the house to go to work or groups (church, bible study, A.A. or if they are with another client in a higher phase. After 30 days they are eligible to move up to “Phase 2” if the director and client agree they are ready. In phase two they are allowed to go on passes the 1st and 3rd weekends of the month. After those 30 days they will move into “Phase 3” of the program. This phase will last until the last 30 days of the program. During this phase they will be required to begin working on the deeper steps in the 12-step process as well as begin strategizing what they will do when they graduate the program. Once they have completed all of their work and are ready to move into “Phase 4” they will be allowed to go pass every weekend of the month. This gives them more freedom on the weekends to prepare them for graduation. During this Phase, they will work with the director on their plans after graduation. Rent

A deposit of $750 is required upon move in. This covers your admission fee, first weeks rent, and last weeks rent. After the deposit, rent is $250.00 per week. This $250.00 covers their rent, utilities, transportation to and from groups and church, basic household necessities and groceries for 3 meals per day. The director shops for groceries once a week, and meal plans are laid out through the week.

Why Adams Exterminators Stands With Us

Adams Exterminators is a family-owned business with deep roots in Southwest Georgia. Stuart, his father (Bodine Sr.), and his brothers (Bo and Bridges) run a company built on trust, integrity, and hands-on service. With seven locations and 135 team members, they’re big enough to handle any job but small enough that you can pick up the phone and talk to an owner—not a corporate rep.

Here’s what makes them unique:

✅ Family-Owned & Operated – A local business with a personal touch.

✅ Community-Focused – Serving Southwest Georgia with pride and care.

✅ Expertise You Can Trust – Trained professionals who get the job done right.

Stuart and his family believe in second chances—and that’s why they’re standing with us to fund the Forgotten Step for men in recovery.

Support the forgotten step and have fun in Redeemed Living's first annual Mulligans for Life golf tournament.

Fitness, faith, and brotherhood—meet the sponsor who’s swinging for the Forgotten Step!

When I think about the kind of people who stand with Redeemed Living, I think of leaders like Jeremiah & Faith Culpepper, owners of CrossFit Valdosta. Jeremiah and Faith aren't just a sponsor of our 2026 Mulligans for Life Golf Tournament—they are friends, a brother and sister in faith, and people who understand the power of community in transformation.

Why CrossFit Valdosta Stands With Us

Jeremiah and his wife, Faith, run CrossFit Valdosta, a place where people don’t just come for fitness—they come for family. Their gym is built on three pillars:

Community – A tight-knit group of people who support each other like family.

Functional Fitness – Training that not only adds years to peoples lives, but life to their years.

Faith – Using fitness as a platform to point people to Christ.

Sound familiar? It’s the same spirit we live by at Redeemed Living. Men who’ve lost everything don’t just need a bed—they need a brotherhood. And that’s exactly what Jeremiah, Faith and their team provide at CrossFit Valdosta.

A Personal Connection

The Culpeppers have been a part of Redeemed Living’s journey for years. Jeremiah’s joined our guys on camping trips, Bible studies, and even golf outings, seeing firsthand how God transforms lives through structure, accountability, and love. He knows the men we serve—not as projects, but as brothers.

As he puts it: "I’ve seen the impact Redeemed Living has on men’s lives. Knowing Brent and Amanda’s hearts for the Lord and their desire to help guys in the same place Brent was—that’s something I want to support."

🔥 MULLIGANS FOR LIFE PARTNER SPOTLIGHT 🔥

As we get closer to our first annual Mulligans for Life Golf Tournament on November 10th at Kinderlou Forest Golf Club, I want to take a moment to introduce you to another incredible tournament sponsor who keeps Redeemed Living running behind the scenes: Eden Barton, owner of Balanced Books by Eden.

If her last name sounds familiar or if you see a family resemblance, there’s a good reason for it—Eden is my sister!

The Backbone of Small Business: Balanced Books by Eden.
Every small business owner knows that you can be passionate about what you do, but if your numbers are a mess, you’re dead in the water.

Eden is a virtual bookkeeper who works with small business owners, including Redeemed Living and local businesses, to take away the stress of managing their financials.

She specializes in:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Keeping bills paid and client invoicing on track.
-Clean & Clear Financials: Making sure financial reports are accurate so owners always know where they stand.
- Tax-Ready Books: Saving clients significant money compared to high CPA hourly rates by handing over pristine books at year-end.

Eden takes the headache out of bookkeeping so entrepreneurs can focus on doing what they love.

A Front-Row Seat to Life Change

For Eden, supporting Redeemed Living isn’t just about keeping accurate spreadsheets. She has watched this ministry grow from day one.

She has seen men walk in broken and hopeless, take that critical “Forgotten Step” between rehab and real life, and walk out as restored fathers, husbands, and workers. In fact, Redeemed Living is woven into her own family story—she even met her husband through our Redeemed community!

When you give, sponsor or play in Mulligans for Life, you are standing alongside local leaders and family like Eden who believe that every man deserves a structured, safe environment to rebuild his life.

Why The Forgotten Step?

In this video, Randy Nichols, Redeemed Living Board Member, shares the heart behind The Forgotten Step and why this next step in recovery matters so much.

Recovery doesn’t end when someone leaves treatment. It’s about having a place to belong, a brotherhood to walk with, and accountability to keep moving forward.

🔥 MULLIGANS FOR LIFE PARTNER SPOTLIGHT 🔥

When people ask what makes CrossPointe unique, Pastor David often describes it as an authentic, "come as you are" church.

They have a special heart for what they call the "de-churched"—people who grew up in church, drifted away for one reason or another, and felt too awkward or intimidated to walk back into a traditional sanctuary. At CrossPointe, the motto is simple: Welcome Home. They meet people exactly where they are, helping them connect with Jesus, plug into discipleship, and find true community.

For me, that isn’t just a church philosophy—it was a lifeline.

Years ago, when I was in early recovery, I walked through the doors of CrossPointe as a broken man trying to put the pieces of my life back together. I wasn't met with judgment or pretense; I was met with genuine open arms.

It was at CrossPointe where I:
- Reconnected with Christ and rediscovered my faith
- Found brotherhood and accountability through their Celebrate Recovery ministry
- Met the love of my life and future wife, Amanda

CrossPointe walked with me through my own transition from rehab to real life—the exact same "Forgotten Step" that Redeemed Living provides for men today. I cannot thank Pastor David Rogers and the CrossPointe family enough for their steady friendship, their ministry, and their sponsorship of Mulligans for Life.

⛳️ MULLIGANS FOR LIFE — SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT ⛳️

Every swing at Mulligans for Life directly funds what we call the “Forgotten Step”—providing structured housing, brotherhood, and daily accountability for men transitioning from short-term rehab into long-term independent living.

We couldn’t do this work without our community partners and sponsors, and today I want to highlight one who is especially close to my heart: Kimberly Hall with EXP Realty,
LLC. ❤️

Kimberly isn’t just a 2026 Mulligans for Life Silver sponsor and passionate advocate for recovery—she’s also my mom. 🥰

If you know Kimberly, you know she’s lived right here in our community since she was eight years old. Over the last 50 years, she has built a reputation on two things: uncompromising honesty and genuine care for people.

She isn’t interested in high-pressure sales or fluff. For Kimberly, real estate is a ministry:

🏡 Guiding families: Helping people navigate one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions of their lives with peace and wisdom.

🤝 Building community: Helping newcomers find not just a house, but a true home—connecting them to local churches, local spots, and the fabric of our town.

She has stood by me through my own recovery journey, and she stands behind every man walking through the doors of Redeemed Living.

We are deeply grateful for her support of Mulligans for Life. ❤️

And because sometimes the people closest to the mission are the ones who make the biggest impact, it means so much to have my mom standing beside me in this work.

(If you or someone you know is looking for a trusted guide in local real estate, connect with Kimberly Hall with EXP Realty, LLC!) 🏡✨
