Additionally, the invitation remains open for all members to further enrich their own OA journey by joining the Ceremonies Team as a Ceremonialist, Elangomat, Nimat, or torch bearer. Assistance is always needed and appreciated to provide top quality experiences for all members. You can select these options at registration or IM ditectly.. Thank you.
Your involvement is crucial to our success and strengthens the Scouting movement in both our local area to the national level. We challenge each of you to rekindle you passion for service to others and help spread the word about this event and the ideals of the OA. All are welcome and encouraged to attend our events whether current members, those who have not attended recently, or event those from other Lodges. If you know of any Ordeal Candidates who were recently elected and Called-Out please encourage them to register and attend this event.
** Photographer / Videographer and Video Drone Operator needed **
The Lodge would like to have a dedicated photographer for the weekend to update our materials, webpage, historical records, and to showcase our wonderful Arrowmen. We are also looking for a videographer to cover parts of our weekend so that we can continue to improve the experience and document our history. You do not have to be a professional, but if so, even better. Experience with nighttime photography/video and adequate equipment for quality products in that environment are preferred. If you are able to support, or know someone who can, please contact the Lodge Advisor or myself by replying to this email. Some additional coordination is required before capturing imagery.
