Just a quick heads up for everyone in the neighborhood — keep an eye on your packages. One of our neighbors on Oak Drive had a package stolen today. The person took what they wanted and then put the empty package back on the porch, as if no one would notice.

It’s frustrating and honestly pretty unbelievable, so please stay alert, check your deliveries promptly, and look out for each other. ’Tis the season for porch pirates, unfortunately — let’s make sure they don’t get the chance.

Help! Our outdoor barn cat, Dusty, has been up a tree since late last night! We thought he’d make his way down by now since he is an outdoor cat but he hasn’t made it down yet! Any help or advice would be appreciated

Believe it or not, there will be a significant cold front for late August pushing down into the Southeast United States this week! Morning lows will likely be in the middle-to-upper 60s across the Panhandle into interior North Florida this Tuesday morning.
