A huge thank you goes out to our dear friend and Almost Home Charities VSNAP Committee Lead Tara Parker! In the fall of 2022, Tara helped us complete our application to secure a $5000 grant for spay/neuter. Since that time, she has been identifying low-income families who are in need of our assistance, as well as identifying vetting options. We appreciate your work for our organization as well as your animal advocacy in South Georgia!

Since starting our Valdosta Spay Neuter Assistance Program, Almost Home Charities has been able to help spay/neuter 57 animals at a total cost of $8017.17. Almost Home Charities is incredibly grateful for the $5000 grant and donations from Dr. Amanda Hall-Phillips, Dr. Courson, and Dr. Ruff to make this possible.
We would love to continue to help low-income families spay and neuter their animals but we need your help. Please consider a donation a PayPal donation to [email protected] and note "VSNAP". We are a 501c3 organization so your donations are tax-deductible. No amount is too small. We appreciate your consideration!

Rosie and I are up before the sun to head to Thomasville for her spay surgery! Thank you to Almost Home Charities, Inc. for making this possible. Rosie’s life changed, but it’s really changing today because it means no more pregnancies for her, after having 3 litters back to back. She’s such a sweet girl and would make a loyal companion to a loving person. ❤️
