Meet Chef Steve Ingber, Executive Chef & Founder of Mile High Cook, joining us at Taste of Vail’s Buckhead Meat Après Street Tasting & Chef Competition on April 2 ✨
Mile High Cook was founded with a simple idea: great food should feel personal. Chef Ingber brings a chef-driven, highly customized approach to private dining and events across Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming, offering everything from intimate private chef experiences and meal prep to large-scale catering, on-site bakery creations, and curated grazing and charcuterie boards. Every experience starts with a real conversation, ensuring each menu is thoughtfully built around the people it’s meant to serve, reflecting a commitment to connection, creativity, and quality that defines his work.
At this year’s Après Tasting & Chef Competition, he’ll be cooking live as the premier chef for , showcasing his signature approach in a high-energy, open-air setting where guests can taste and vote in real time.
