We have a school district already asking for backpacks!🎒

Backpack Drive for Foster Kids- They are already asking!

In our community, the Travis Unified School District is looking for filled and empty backpacks for foster kids and children in need for the upcoming school year.

FILLED BACKPACKS:: notebooks, pencils, crayons, scissors, glue sticks
EMPTY BACKPACKS: any size or style — they'll be put to good use!

Drop off at the Student Services office, Monday–Thursday, 8am–4pm, or contact Margarita León (Community Liaison) at 707.437.4604 Ext. 1198 to arrange a pickup or drop-off.

And if you're not in the Travis area — check with your local school district! Many have the same need as they head into the new school year.

Every backpack tells a child: you are seen, and you are worth it. 💛
