You don’t need perfect words to come to your Heavenly Father. 🤍

Children ask freely because they know they belong. Through Jesus, we have that same invitation—to bring God our needs, questions, and thoughts.

This week’s reminder: prayer begins with coming to Him as you are. You’re His child, and He welcomes you. 🙏🏼

We loved starting the morning together, hearing your stories afterward, and sharing a meal. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus—what a gift it is to serve alongside you! 🙌🏼

A Praying Life

Ever feel like you’re not very good at prayer?

Maybe you feel like you don’t pray enough.

Over the next six weeks at Valley Church, we’re going to open God’s Word and take some of the mystery - and guilt - out of prayer. Together, we’ll discover what prayer is, how it works, why it matters, and how it can become a natural and deeply rewarding part of everyday life.

No pretending.
No performing.
No prayer guilt.

Just learning to talk with the God who already knows you, loves you, and invites you to trust more deeply.

As we closed The Creed, we were reminded that God will make every wrong right. And for those in Christ, the Judge is also our Savior. “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” —Romans 8:1

That’s our hope. ✝️

What an incredible day at Line Me Up, I’m Brave Enough! ✂️🖤

We are deeply grateful for every barber, stylist, and volunteer who gave their time and talents to serve our Champions and their families with patience, flexibility, and genuine love.

A special thank-you to RUDYS TRUECLASSIC BARBERSHOP for their continued partnership and commitment to serving the special-needs community. We are also incredibly thankful for Liberty Church | Fairfield , Lister Family Construction, VC Ryders , SZ Jumpers, Chick-fil-A Vacaville Commons, and Lail Designs for generously supporting this event.

Most of all, thank you to every family who joined us. Whether your Champion received a full haircut, took one brave step toward the chair, or simply came to enjoy the day—every victory was worth celebrating.

Our Valley Church and NorCal Champions Club community showed up in a beautiful way. Different abilities. Same Jesus. Same Gospel. ❤️

We’re heading back into our Creed series this weekend for the final installment! 🙌
