Nation’s Finest - Vacaville Our Vacaville office proudly serves Solano and Napa counties.

Nation’s Finest is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports Veterans and their families with housing, health, and employment services in 31 locations across CA, NV, and AZ. Nation's Finest is a community based veteran’s service agency with a 40 year history of providing veteran programs. We strive to engage veterans and their families in a process of healing and growth that celebrates their individuality, identifies all barriers to success, mitigates those barriers, and challenges each participant to live to their utmost potential. With fourteen (15) Resource Centers across Northern California, Northern Nevada and Northern Arizona, we are focused on the complex realities of veterans issues and work diligently to design innovative programs, which respond to the diverse needs of veterans and the community.

At midnight, Live Solano Give Solano begins — a 24-hour opportunity for our community to come together and support the people and organizations making Solano County stronger.

For us, that means standing with the Veterans and families who call our community home, in Vallejo, Fairfield, Vacaville, Benicia, Suisun City, Dixon, and Rio Vista.

They are our neighbors, coworkers, and community members. When they need help, we want them to know their community has their back.

On this date in 1783, Britain formally recognized the United States as a free and independent nation by signing the Treaty of Paris.

Those who served in the Revolutionary War fought to establish our independence. Since then, generations of Americans have followed in their footsteps, answering the call to defend our freedom.

For too many Veterans, returning home means facing a different kind of battle, one marked by restless thoughts, sleepless nights, financial hardship, housing insecurity, and the struggle to find a new sense of purpose.

Through our 250 for 250 campaign, we’re aiming to raise $250,000 by Veterans Day to connect Veterans and their families with the support needed to rebuild with confidence.

Sisterhood is about showing up for one another.

Through our Bonds of Sisterhood Initiative, Nation’s Finest - Vacaville brought Women Veterans together for an evening of painting tiles, sharing stories, and connecting with one another.

The start of a new school year should bring excitement, but for many Veteran families, back-to-school expenses can create added financial stress.

To help Veterans and their families start the school year strong, we are collecting donations of adult and children’s backpacks, notebooks, pencils and pens, hygiene items, and gift cards.

Donations can be made in person at 490 Merchant St., Suite 201, Vacaville, CA 95688, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Our Nation’s Finest - Vacaville team proudly attended the 16th annual VA2K Walk and Roll at the Mare Island VA Clinic.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to get out into our community and bring our services directly to Veterans and their families.

Thank you to everyone who attended, stopped by our table, and helped make the event so meaningful.
